The Twin Air Flame-Retardant Backfire Filter is a pre-oiled, dual-layer offroad air filter designed for modern four-stroke KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas dirt bikes. Pre-oiled with biodegradable Twin Air BIO Foam Filter Oil for consistent pore coverage, this filter offers maximum engine protection and airflow. The coarse, open-pore outer foam blocks dirt, grime, and sand, while the fine-pore inner foam captures smaller particles. Backfire-resistant foam is laminated inside, eliminating the need for a restrictive stock backfire screen. The greaseless sealing ring ensures optimal airbox contact and acts as a breathable gasket. Washable and reusable, this filter can be cleaned and reused up to 40-50 times. Exclusive adhesives withstand repeated cleanings, even with harsh solvents. Slightly smaller than stock for improved air space and circulation. Packaged in a resealable bag for convenience. For use with Twin Air Airbox Kits (sold separately).
