The inner ring is made from high-strength Ultralight™ 7075-T6 aluminum, while the hardened steel outer ring is electro-less nickel coated for maximum longevity. The outer ring is expanded to 200°C before being permanently fitted to the inner ring, ensuring a secure bond. Engineered for off-road and enduro riding, this sprocket offers a balance of strength and reduced weight, lasting up to three times longer than standard aluminum sprockets while being significantly lighter than all-steel alternatives. It features self-cleaning mud grooves to prevent dirt buildup and enhance wear resistance. Flat socket head screws provide additional strength and prevent interference with the chain guide. Compatible with Honda CR 125R/250R/500R and CRF 450L/RL/RX/X/250R models, this black 520-51T sprocket is built to handle demanding conditions while maintaining optimal power delivery.
