The Compu-Fire 40A 3-Phase Charging System with Vented Rotor delivers reliable electrical performance for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This system produces 25 amps at idle and 40 amps continuously above 2800 rpm, ensuring sufficient power for high-current draw conditions and fuel-injected bikes. The narrow-profile rotor and stator fit into most Softail, Dyna, and FLT primary cases, making it ideal for custom builds. The precision-balanced vented rotor enhances cooling in closed primary systems, maintaining output stability. The system includes a high output voltage regulator (calibrated to 14.25V from idle), and a custom flanged seal spacer for rotor support. The regulator mounts in the stock location, requiring no frame modifications. Made in the USA.
