Designed to fit 1999-2002 Twin Cam models, this system delivers 25A at idle and 40A continuously above 2800 rpm. Its unique narrow rotor and stator fit Softail, Dyna, and FLT primary cases for easy installation, while the precision-balanced vented rotor ensures optimal cooling and sustained output. The high-output voltage regulator (14.25V) is calibrated for modern, high-draw applications, making it ideal for fuel-injected engines and bikes with overdrive transmissions. The voltage regulator bolts to the stock location without any frame modifications, and a custom-designed flanged seal spacer provides maximum rotor support. Made in the USA for reliable, high-performance charging.
